Urinary incontinence may be further defined according to the symptoms experienced. Urgency or urge incontinence is where you experience a sudden urge to pass urine - it's an urge you can't ignore and if you're not able to go to a toilet in time you might find that you actually leak urine. Then there's stress incontinence. Stress incontinence is the most common form of urinary incontinence. It means that you leak urine when there is pressure on your bladder, so for instance when you're sneezing or coughing or sometimes when you're laughing out loud.
