As both manufacturer and distributor of medical devices we have a duty of care to ensure the products you’ve asked to sample are right for you. We must also check that any product sampled will then be available in your area via prescription.
You can sample multiple different items, provided they are suitable for you. Each product will have a limit on the number we can send. For example we will provide a pack of 5 colostomy pouches to allow you reasonable time to assess if they are right for you.
Wherever possible we provide a print out of the IFU (instructions for use) with samples. These are also available digitally on the product page.
During the call our careline specialist will also discuss how best to use products.
If you are a healthcare professional we can arrange for training via our product specialist team, just ask on the call.
Yes. Our samples will arrive with you in plain, unmarked packaging. We will include printed materials inside so you know it is from us and how to contact us.
Typically samples will take around 48-72 hours to arrive via Royal Mail.
If they’re urgent we may be able to arrange them sooner.
Yes you can. We will need the details of the person you are ordering them for though, and they must be aware and consent to you sharing this information with us.
