One of our governing values here at CliniMed is responsibility, not just to our customers and employees but to the environment as well. That’s why we’re committed to providing you with the best products ethically and sustainably.
Our Commitment to You
We are dedicated to delivering quality healthcare products that meet the highest standards of excellence. Our commitment to Quality Management Systems ensures that every aspect of our operations are designed to provide the best possible experience for our customers. They also ensure that we consistently meet and exceed industry standards. We employ continuous improvement processes, regular audits, and comprehensive training programs to uphold the highest levels of quality and safety. By adhering to internationally recognized standards, we ensure that our products and services are reliable, effective, and trusted by healthcare professionals and patients alike.
We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, ensuring our entire supply chain is free from slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking. In alignment with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we continuously implement practices and policies to combat these issues. This demonstrates our dedication to improving our practices against modern slavery and child labour.
Our Commitment to The Environment
We’ve been sourcing electricity from renewable suppliers since 2014, as part of our commitment to achieve Net Zero carbon emissions by 2045. Our fleet is undergoing a transition to sustainable transport methods, including the adoption of electric and hybrid cars. We’ve also implemented a cycle-to-work scheme for our employees. To support this initiative, electric vehicle charge stations have been installed at our offices, allowing both visitors and staff to charge their vehicles.
We’ve made significant investments in energy efficiency at our offices. LED lights and PIR systems (motion sensors that detect when a person is in the room) have been installed to reduce overall energy consumption. To minimize the environmental impact of travel, we’ve increased the use of virtual meeting tools, like Microsoft Teams. This has not only reduced the need for travel but also promoted a more flexible and efficient way of conducting meetings.
We’re committed to working with our partners, like the NHS, to ensure that our supply chain is as green as it can be.
Our Commitment to Our Employees
Our employees are at the heart of everything we do and we’ve been accredited by Investors in People since 2001. In 2023 we were awarded with their Gold accreditation demonstrating our unwavering commitment to investing in our employee development and wellbeing. We are committed to ensuring our employees are heard. We listen and take on board what they say to create an inclusive environment where our employees can thrive.
We believe it’s important to invest in our employees. That’s why we offer opportunities for employees from across all areas of the company to develop their skills with funded training.
