If ordering intermittent catheter samples, please note that a member of our Careline will contact you before sending samples to establish your charriere size and confirm that you are a current user of intermittent catheters as prescribed by your nurse or doctor. For BioDerm requests, we will discuss the product with you first and then send you some information before sending a sample.
