Marketing Administrator

Brief Job Summary

To provide flexible marketing and administrative support to the Marketing department and its members. This will mean working with a number of different team members on the variety of products and service that both companies promote.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting Marketers
  • Supporting Marketing Director
  • Providing marketing administrative support for SecuriCare (Medical) Limited and CliniMed Limited
  • Organising our attendance at external Exhibitions and record-keeping of budget
  • Co-ordinating logistics for Company-run Educational Events and record-keeping of budget
  • Raising purchase orders and invoice processing and coding
  • Liaising with external groups regarding design, quotations, deadlines, reprints etc.
  • Monitoring and informing Marketing Department of marketing literature stock
  • Meeting organisation
  • Taking Actions / minutes
  • Data analysis using Excel
  • Direct mail support
  • Completion of PIP code requests and Price Increase applications
  • Support in the management of both internal and external product launches
  • Set up projects to allocate literature codes via an electronic approval system
  • Ad hoc Reception cover

You will behave in a professional manner at all times and you will build professional relationships with customers that will enhance the Company’s quality image.
