An impressive 30 year career in Stoma Care

Caroline has an impressive 30 year career in stoma care across hospital, community and commercial settings. Caroline joined us in 2022, having previously worked for Convatec and Amcare and we’re thrilled to have her on board.

Prior to her commercial work, Caroline began her career with the NHS. Completing her nursing degree in Bristol before moving to Surrey and working at St Georges Hospital in South-West London. It was here that she specialised in Stoma Care Nursing during a secondment. A fulltime role in Stoma Care following and Caroline spent the next 17 years working in a busy and varied environment both in the hospital and community.

We’re excited to to see her share her experience and expertise with us to continue our mission to make positive changes within the industry.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, we sat down with Caroline to learn more about her background and how she got to where she is today whilst raising a family.
