BRIEF JOB SUMMARY

 

The Product Manager continually assesses all aspects of the market in order to best position the brand offering and implements marketing initiatives effectively, making the best use of the organisation and customer group synergies, to achieve competitive advantage, brand equity and profit maximisation.

 

In this role you will: Provide the sales force, nursing teams and customer service with the market analysis, information and tools (promotional, communication, etc.) to achieve company objectives; Manage the implementation of the appropriate marketing mix for a given range of products, within times and budgets; Monitor customer needs and behaviour, and the competition’s approaches to them and enhance our market position; Establish sales/market share objectives for the brand; Interpret and communicate cross-functionally within the organisation; Source, collate and interpret information and research  for the marketing planning process and create viable product and project plans; Actively contribute to the development and management of a profitable product portfolio; Apply segmentation techniques for competitive positioning and differentiation;; Build direct mail activities; Effectively secure sales team commitment to product and project plans; Build and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external customers; Develop budgets and marketing plans; Manage the product life cycle, including prioritising numerous projects; Actively participate, or lead, specific project teams; Establish, manage and disseminate competitor product and promotional information to deliver competitive advantage.

BRIEF JOB SUMMARY

 

In this new role you will be responsible for managing all brand communications through digital channels, from delivering stand alone projects to integrated campaigns, developing presence, tracking online and delivering brand email. You will review Google and campaign analytics, make digital amendments, improve SEO, implement our digital & social media strategy. As part of your role you will also be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the company’s digital / online marketing strategy and objectives, planning and budget to include online, new media, web, e-commerce and SEO to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels as well as being responsible for managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimisation, advertising (and 3rd party content) and search marketing.

 

You will review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and marketing objectives and be responsible for improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of the company website and for the promotion and growth of the company’s web properties.  You will be responsible for the smooth running and completion of projects across site builds, online advertising, social media, maximising online sales opportunities and search marketing.

 

You will be responsible for identifying and prioritising digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating Marketing targets / briefs.
